GIRLS BASKETBALL

 Friday, Dec. 7th the Lady Defenders moved their overall record to 2-1 with a win over Sayre, 44-38.

 On Saturday, Dec. 8th, the Lady Defenders returned home for the Defender Classic where they had a huge fourth quarter.  The girls outscored Powell Co. 17-7 in the 4th quarter, winning the game 55-48.

BOYS BASKETBALL

Saturday, Dec. 8th the Defenders defeated Knoxville Catholic 71-46 as part of the Hometown Bank Classic in Corbin.
