According to the rankings on rivals.com, the boys bastketball team has moved up to #39 in the national rankings as they prepare to face Dunbar on Friday, Feb. 1st.  Shelvin Mack, senior leader for the team was also recognized for his team play in an article by the Herald-Leader.  Mack is being touted as a Mr. Basketball hopeful thanks to his well-rounded play.
